Our massage therapists were wonderful. I took my mum in, who is nearly 70 and has broken her spine, neck, collarbone, etc multiple times thanks to a life spent with horses. She has always been very nervous about massages, understandably, because she doesn't want to aggravate anything that's already upset within her body. I had booked an "indulgence package" through the hotel, which included a relaxation massage at the spa. We spoke to our massage therapists before the session and my mum explained her concerns. By the end of the session I thought I was going to need a spoon to scoop her up from the bed - she was so relaxed and happy! I honestly couldn't be happier I took her here. The only negative thing I can say is that there seemed to have recently been a bird that got lost in the spa lounge area, as there were a few small piles of bird droppings on the tiles. They kind of stand out like the proverbial, so it was hard not to notice them. Other than that though, everything else was clean, well maintained and had a nice ambience. They also served my favourite tea - TeaDrop for post massage wind down. Very appreciated!

I love coming to the Mansion Spa. The staff are always lovely and welcoming. The facilities and services are lux. The therapists are highly skilled. Perry was my amazing therapist today and WOW, she's one of the best I've received treatments from. I had the hamam, hot stones massage & Rose signature facial with a glass of bubbles. I floated out of the spa, feeling completely relaxed & buttery soft. Easy to book, easy to get to, easy to be pampered! Hard to go home! I'll always go back.

We were very disappointed with our spa experience due to the rudeness of the male on reception. From the moment we arrived he was argumentative, unprofessional and dismissive in regards to advising us that our Luxury escape vouchers had expired. Our vouchers had not expired and was valid however he was looking at a previous voucher as we were return clients. No apologies were made from him, even when he eventually did find our current voucher. The interaction with him left us feeling uncomfortable and not the calming spa experience we took an annual leave day for to enjoy. As a previous client who has been numerous times to the spa, I will not be returning due to the unprofessional treatment we received from this staff member.

We practically had the entire space to ourselves. We were expecting during school holidays that there would be others in the pool, but it was really lovely and relaxing and special for it to just be my friend and I. We arrived early and spent an hour in the pool before our treatments. The treatments were the right amount of time, and the practitioners were professional. If I were to critique the experience, I’d say that the bathrooms are tiny, especially when there are more than 4 women in there trying to get changed. No seats to sit to put our shoes on, etc. also, the sound system in the treatment room was rubbish - it sounded like the practitioner was playing music from her phone. This took away from the high standard ambience of everything else.

This was hard to rate. Reception area was lovely and inviting but change rooms were quite messy with towels and robes. We arrived in reception at 3.25 for a 3.45 appointment but due to receptionist not being able to find our voucher, we were delayed for our massage which then did not equate to an hour. we probably had a total of about 40 minutes all up. Massage was great but we paid had for an hour. Massage started at approximately 3.55 due to the confusion at reception but yet still finished at 4.40. Disappointed that we didn't receive what we paid for, and I feel I should have been offered a refund for what we missed out on. Once massage finished, I was called back to pay for the "other" massage. I had paid $300 for both and on the day, I had asked the receptionist that it reflect that the voucher and the extra massage for $150 were linked but each time I called (had to reschedule three times due to a family illness), they could never find the two massages that were paid for together, booked in together. I felt it was very unprofessional and when asked yet again yesterday to pay, I was highly disappointed that I had to go through a bank statement to show proof. Although the girls were very polite, this shouldn't have happened.
