Beautiful treatment room, lovely therapists, gorgeous pool, lovely robes, loved the heated massage table. In person experience was wonderful, very sweet staff (found online comms not as friendly but in person, excellent) Only negative - The shower was covered in long hair and the shower did not appear clean.

I remember visiting this Day Spa prior to my wedding over 20years ago and it was such an amazing experience. The staff were professional and courteous and the feel was of pure luxury. I don't think there has been any cleaning, or maintenance in that 20years. Extremely overpriced for the service. The staff look like they had just walked out of high school, with no thought to their appearance. The therapist spent more time fluffing around with the hot stones than she did actually using them.

I have visited L.M. Spa many time's over the year's, and my experience has always been absolutely amazing. The staff are always very professional and friendly, and the facilities are superb. I love being able to have access to the pool & spa after my spa treatment, as it's an additional treat to imurse yourself in. Surrounded by the picturesque Mansion gardens I couldn't imagine a better place for your next spa treatment.

Better reception staff than my last visit with the rude Indian male who told me my voucher was invalid unit I showed him the original which was still valid. Dirty toilets and shower even though I had an early morning appointment. Shower had not been cleaned with hair covering the tiles and base of the shower. Therapist were good at their treatments. The facilities are dirty and need an upgrade, definitely not as good as it use to be 5 years ago.
