I would definitely attend again. However, feedback...the sauna made a VERY loud deafening sound, I had to leave every few mins as it was very uncomfortable. I reported it to Courtney at reception, she didn't seem phased. Said "no one has ever complained before" Sorry, this is not how you handle complaints. The spa water was way too cold.The waiting room couch seats at the LM Spa were soaking wet. The tea served was cold and flavourless. I waited 7 mins for therapist to come back into the room after I stripped. All I had on was undies and robe as instructed. 1 min would have sufficed. Alot of attention to detail is missing for a luxe spa experience, but the massage itself was honestly great. Very relaxing.

Maira was lovely,the best massage and facial I have had in a long time.The young lady at the reception desk was also lovely and helpful.Highly recommend this place.

I have visited the Spa a number of times but was really disappointed this time. I’ve previously rated the mansion for its attention to the small details but they were missing this time. For example no water in the waiting area, noisy portable heater in the room. The therapist had to leave the room a few times during my massage, this meant that my massage was interrupted and shortened in experience - ending at the same time as my partners. I did not feel it was value for money or the relaxing experience I was expecting.

The toilet/change area needs a good clean - it was grubby and needs maintenance. I realise the facility is a bit tied but it could be really clean. And as two guest we were given a locker/key to share which was not big enough- and put our bags nearby . We should have been offered a locker each. We had a hammam and guests need to be told the very hot steam comes out where your feet hang when sitting on the tiled seat and you could burn yourself. It’s not a very comfy seat have keep your feet up so they don’t get burnt. The staff member who greeted us made it a flat experience- she did what was necessary felt like they did not care. Not customer service manner consistent with a good spa experience. The towels and gowns were good.
