When we arrived for our appointment we were not even acknowledged until we greeted the staff ourself. The staff were not friendly at all, we did not feel welcomed. We were rushed to get changed and get ready for our massage, no drinks offered. We booked a 60 minutes massage but only had 45 minutes of massage. I was so excited that I drive all the way from south east Melbourne, however I was heavily disappointed. Definitely will be returning.

The treatments were superb and very good value for money packages in a beautiful environment, including a stunning indoor warm pool. Improvements to customer service are require. I experienced gaps in communication and lack of response to phone messages which was unhelpful prior to visit etc. I would like to have included another person to the outing and advised this 2 weeks prior, with no reply to this either. This aspect is a shame for such a lovely spa with beautiful treatment options. I would return again as therapists were excellent and overall a lovely day out.

Staff are amazing! I feel that the showers, toilets and steam room could do with an upgrade, and regularly checked for hair on surfaces. It would be great if towels could be provided inside the changing room together with the robes and slippers. As mentioned, staff are amazing, but could probably do with an extra pair of hands that focuses on tidying/cleaning spaces solely - instead of the therapists having to do it. I make these observations based on visits to other spas.
