His knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent — he took the time to understand exactly my skins requirements and tailored the treatment perfectly. Not only was he incredibly professional, but his attention to detail and ability to explain everything in a clear, reassuring way made me feel completely at ease. And the massage? Pure magic.
