I've been to many hair salons around the world. The foxyvixen staff especially Alannah and John were very friendly and put me at ease. I felt welcome, I had good refreshments, my desires for my hair was realised and I left with a great haircut and good advice. I bought great hair products which were compatible with my hair type. I've finally found a great salon in Melbourne that is on par with the great one I had in London.

I continue to be satisfied and very pleased with service offered at Foxy Vixen, and consider myself a loyal customer, and am rewarded by the respectful, kind and highly professional service. I appreciate that the cost of services at FV is higher than some other salons, and choose to continue using FV. However, I do sometimes wonder whether some sort of loyalty reward might be in order? Something to reward clients who have been going to the salon - regularly - for 5 or more years, might be worthwhile (it needn't be a points system - just a free treatment or something). A continuing loyal client.

Was a little disappointed that the girl (Paris I think) who Kathy asked to wash my colour off didn't listen to her instructions and gave my hair the worst wash it's ever had. There was no pressure used and it felt like she hadn't even washed the colour out. No head massage at all and no treatment offered. Kathy was great and requested another staff member wash my hair off and put a treatment through. This experience was much better.

I always enjoy my visit to Foxy Vixen, super friendly staff and a really relaxed and happy atmosphere. I have had quite a few flattering comments on my hair from other hairdressers which I felt was high praise indeed!

Zac was great.. Great cut on my seriously not so easy short curly hair. Also the other staff seemed very helpful and nice.
