I really enjoyed my wash and massage, however my cut was a lot shorter than I had asked for. I feel I have pretty clear instructions of the length I wanted, and it was a pretty straight forward trim however it’s significantly shorter than I wanted. This has happened to me previously so was more specific with the length I wanted this time, however same thing has happened.
