communication was very poor. i called 3 times prior to my appointment (over 3 consecutive days) and left messages for someone to contact me. it wasnt until the 3rd attempt someone called me back but they never followed up that phone call as discussed over the phone. ive asked to be anon because i hate complaining about things and dont want to be followed up. i attend your salon to see Fran only so its not often that i am there. however if it was something i was there often for i would be put off by the lack of communication. i really hope this feedback helps you.

One thing I really look forward to when getting a microdermabrasion facial is the face massage at the end but that part of the machine was broken down and I wasn’t offered a massage regardless. I wasn’t told about this until I asked ‘what about the smooth massage that comes with it at the end?’. Paying for the full fee anyone would except to get the full service.
