As soon as you step into the premises you feel a sense of luxury and professionalism. The place was so clean and smelt amazing. Once in the treatment room, my daughter was made to feel so comfortable and valued. Rachel explained the treatment to us in detail and helped us understand the process and results we were to expect. Rachel was so considerate of my daughter’s feelings and comfort and was always checking in to see if she was ok to carry on with the treatment. Such an amazing experience and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend to anyone who’s wanting expert beauty advice and treatment. We cannot wait to return.

They are just the best, I have never had my brows done so perfectly. Rachel is so nice and friendly, you feel that you have known her forever. Very professional and exactly what I was looking for.
