Rachel and her staff are wonderful. Treated like a queen each time and Rachel really listens to what outcome you are looking for offering the best procedure. I always have a huge smile on my face when I leave the salon as the finished outcome is perfect!

Had an amazing experience at Beauty By Rachael-Lee! Rachael and Sophie were so welcoming and professional. Sophie explained everything clearly during my treatment and gave excellent aftercare advice. The treatment was thorough and comfortable, and I’m already seeing results. Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely that all the staff greet you as they walk past even if they’re busy with other clients. The staff member I was looked after asked questions to get an understanding of what I’m trying to achieve and the end result was beautiful! Look forward to booking in other beauty services with the team.

Fantastic service a little more expensive then other places but the service and professionalism of staff is fantastic I was recommended to this business by a friend and have recommended this business to other friends and family. I will continue to use this service.

My first time at this salon. I was kept waiting for a while but they did aplogise. I guess it's a good sign if they are busy. I was introduced to a new treatment & I loved it. The beautician seemed experienced & knowledgable. She was professional & lovely. I will definitely return.
