Was very expensive for the service I received. Was not anticipating such a high fee when the website claimed $35 lower. I’m only kinda happy with what I received.

Very expensive blow dry $80 for shoulder length hair . The highest I have paid was $65 at Luc espace and I thought that was a lot but the blow dry was exceptional and so was the wash and the service so was happy to pay that bit more for all that . The blow dry was fine at Luxe but not the best I have had . Will not return because it was not value for money .

It was all a bit stressful to be honest. My hair is great so no complaints at all on the excellent colour and cut but the experience was frantic, rushed and not in any way a relaxing or enjoyable 2 hours. There is room for improvement in the overall experience.

Picture says it all. Nothing like what I asked for. Ashleigh (I think was her name) was lovely but got distracted and clearly lost sight of what I asked for.

I felt the whole appointment was very rushed and expensive considering the actual length of time it took. Staff were distracted by office gossip and I felt the service was unprofessional.

The hair dresser that I was with babied me and even belittled by saying ‘so it’s about finances’, trying to sell the products you have. I’m sure products are amazing but I’m not willing to buy any product just because I’ve randomly used it once in a salon, knowing that every salon promotes their products to sell (although a very fair few actually doesn’t harass trying to sell their products but give information to the clients if interested to buy). It was continuous talking through the haircut and little too over the top for me than having a nice relaxing haircut. I felt lectured so much for the time I was sitting there and that experience wasn’t very pleasant apart from the green tea I had, which was a nice. Not the best haircut I’ve had, but comparatively ok. I was happy about the treatment I had.
