I made an appointment to highlight my hair with one of the Master stylist/management. Then I received a phone call from one of the front desk people asking me to take a photo of my hair and email them with the photo of the colour I wanted. After having communication for the past 3 days, they finally told me to go to the salon for a consultation with the person I had my booking. When I went to the salon, someone else came and introduced herself and said that the hairdresser who I made a booking with thought that the person who introduced herself was the best to colour my hair. After 45 minutes consultation she told me that she couldn’t colour my hair and rejected me. Although I used Togo to this salon for years, the way they treated me was very unprofessional.
