Loved my haircut but was a bit confused over the price. Thought the haircut was $120 which I paid $60 deposit already. Asked if I wanted a hair treatment but wasn’t told the price. Ended up paying $162 at the end making it $220 all up. Meaning the treatment was $100. Feel like I should have been told how expensive the treatment was considering it can across like it was something I was just getting

I normally get my hair done with Ash, but I got my hair done with whoever was recommended while she is on maternity leave. I have worked so hard with Ash to get my hair healthy, and honestly it has felt the best it has ever felt before i got my hair done on Saturday. I paid $455 for my hair to be burnt to a crisp, which has never happened with Ash. My hair feels so dry and disgusting im not sure if i will return to the salon.

The environment and people at Luxe concept salon have always been great and the people are always very nice, although the recent time I was there I felt a bit rushed and like my opinions on my hair choices were not received. I always love visiting the hair salon although this time when I asked for a warm-toned (Chesnut, chocolate brown) and I received a dark almost black hair colour which all though was beautiful was just not what I was looking for. The original hair colour I wanted was rejected and I was encouraged to go with a colour I wasn't the happiest with. I am only 15 so going to the hair salon is a bit more of a big deal for me. Besides that, I always enjoy going :)

Two ladies who were doing my hair were chatting and having personal conversations together in front of me. Made me feel out of place and wasn’t enjoyable listening to them gossip while I was getting my hair cut. The lady who washed my hair didn’t inform me about the treatment she put in my hair so I had no idea it would cost me $55 on top of my hair cut. Very nicely the lady who did cut my hair didn’t charge me extra for the treatment so that was amazing service and I really appreciated it. Would have to think long and hard about coming back as there was lots of confusion surrounding payment and how much the cut was considering it was a very quick cut just getting rid of split ends with minimal layers and no styling at the end. Would’ve expected some more styling and layering etc for $135. Lady who cut my hair had no interest in me or getting to know me, was a bit awkward while my hair was being cut and then the other lady started gossiping with her so made it awkward for me.

Was shocked to see how much I paid for a wash and blow dry. Don’t like being pushed to purchase goods.
