Two big reasons why I go to Djura are the little massage in the beginning and the shampoo massage, they are both generally relaxing but this time, I found my hairdresser chatting and laughing with others while giving me a massage which felt like like he was quite un-focused, and felt like a token part of the service (specially in the massage) Not at all a relaxing experience. The rest of the experience was positive

Two pedicures were a gift for myself and my mother. Unfortunately my mum's therapist was a bit heavy with the pedi-paddle and cut the side of her foot. The therapist did notice and apologised, but should have offered at least a plaster to stop the bleeding. My mum is on blood thinning medication, so it took a while to stop. My mum only mentioned it and showed me after we got into the car. I think she didn't want to cause a fuss, especially as it was a gift. I appreciate gloves now need to be worn when carrying out pedicures, but the disadvantage of this is, the therapist can't feel the skin, and how firm they need be with the pedi-paddle. Perhaps give consideration to including on the customer form whether clients are on any medication. The feet of a diabetic for instance, should be handled with care.

Everything was great EXCEPT that the person who did the wash and cut was a bit rough - I felt like I had been through a washing machine. I would have given a big score except for this and may ask to see someone different next time.
