I have never been this pampered during a hair appointment!!!!! The surprise neck and shoulder massage to start was such a treat and set the tone for an amazing experience. Steph worked with me to set my "hair goal" and really listened to my priorities. The outcome was, again, something I've never experienced. The way she worked with my (difficult) hair was next level! Outstanding all round. Thank you, I'll be back.
