I love the relaxing experience at Djurra and the quality of the products. The staff are all very professional. My only suggestion would be for more special offers/combination offers or loyalty points as the spend per visit is high.I know I would have more treatments if they were combined with a cut or colour and the prices lowered a little.

I would have rated the service more highly but I was kept waiting for 30 minutes with no explanation and then thanked for waiting patiently rather than offered an apology.

I stuffed up my booking and didn’t realise it wasn’t confirmed so when I rocked up I had no booking yet your very lovely and friendly staff member at reception offered to do it, seeing as I had travelled from Basso. But you’re worth it and always do a great job and your staff are super lovely. Appreciate it. Thanks.
