I suggest the use of the cheapest baby wipes used for facials need to be upgraded or taken away from the facial process. The beautician who completed the facial also smelt of cigarettes. Maybe the use of mouthwash if you’re going to be standing over a client would be appreciated. Will not be returning for any form of service with Essential Beauty.

Very rude staff, made it my fault for being “late” when I was waiting in the line behind another customer paying. When I arrived at my appointment time, the desk was unattended. The beautician then comes out with another customer and takes her payment. When I then approached after the customer was finished, the beautician looked at her watch and said I wasn’t here for my appointment time which was 5 minutes ago. I couldn’t believe it!! Did not feel welcome at all. I will not be returning to this location again.

So disappointed in my eye lash tint. Having had many eye lash tints in the past, I know what a good eye lash tint produces. I knew the outcome was going to be crappy. Could barely feel it going on. The bottom lashes were not done at all. The receptionist became the beauty therapist. The bed had a plastic sleeve on it, that I sweated on whilst waiting for the tint. Can't even provide a luxurious experience by putting a light towel over the plastic. A total cattle yard. The music was loud and obnoxious. Busy mum coming out for a treat, but was far from it. The receptionist/beuty therapist never introduced herself. Pregnant. That is all I know. She knew I was not impressed, but took my money anyway, and could not look me in the eye as I paid. Feel completely ripped off.

I was a walk in for eyebrow tint 21 Feb. Tint very watery, running into my eyes. Tint not properly wiped away at rnd of appt. Smudgy mess over eyebrow areas. Tint stain on white linen trousers . At home cleaning myself up and trouser repair. Been Karrinyup customer on and off over the years. Disappointed today.

The beauty therapist who treated me was disgruntled because she had had her shift extended at short notice, during a busy period. I felt the appointment was rushed and the service was not to the quality that I have experienced previously at this salon. I am unhappy with the result of the service. The therapist was clearly unhappy and this came across in her customer service.
