If u could rate you lower I would, I have already emailed my horrible experience and got no reply, I was over charged by double and treated very poorly.

I really had the worst experience, the person waxing me couldn’t speak very good English, I thought I paid extra for sensitive wax yet I’m not sure that was used. The wax was quite hot when she applied it, the pain was excruciating, she re did areas multiple times and the skin was very sore. She didn’t even get all of the hair, I had wax left on my pubic area and felt very upset afterwards. I am strongly recommending to my friends never to visit one of your salons. If someone contacts me I would like a refund!

To whom it may concern, I have been going to essential beauty for years for my waxing and I never had any issues, however, when I went on Saturday 11/02/23 to the one in Karrinyup Shopping Center, I had a whole different experience. Firstly, I was left to wait for over 7mins in the room before the treatment. Kiera, the beauty technician (according to my email) shows up, not dressed in the usual Essential beauty uniform. There were no greetings, no communication whatsoever. The wax was applied everywhere before then being removed, I have never done it this way, it might be a new technique I would not know but I felt that Kiera just wanted to get it over and done with as quickly as she could. In the end, after a whole 30 mins of very awkward silence and an unpleasant experience, I was left there to put my aftercare cream myself instead of the technician doing so. Again this has never happened to me before. I have never had issues with Essential Beauty but I will definitely reconsider my choice of going there for waxing from now.

The beauty therapist who treated me was disgruntled because she had had her shift extended at short notice, during a busy period. I felt the appointment was rushed and the service was not to the quality that I have experienced previously at this salon. I am unhappy with the result of the service. The therapist was clearly unhappy and this came across in her customer service.

I was a walk in for eyebrow tint 21 Feb. Tint very watery, running into my eyes. Tint not properly wiped away at rnd of appt. Smudgy mess over eyebrow areas. Tint stain on white linen trousers . At home cleaning myself up and trouser repair. Been Karrinyup customer on and off over the years. Disappointed today.
