Got a leg and Brazillian wax, she double dipped the wax stick multiple times and rarely held my skin taunt to pull the strips leaving my with blisters and bruising. After care was a bit of cream on a tissue that disinterested as soon as you tried to wipe the area/all the wax that was left on. I’ve been waxed many times in my life and this was one my worst experiences

I was pretty disappointed with my experience, I went for brow wax and facial, the facial was nice however done first so when I was having my wax I felt the facial be ruined, my eyebrows were waxed without any question of how i like it done and my tops were waxed which i really don’t appreciate, i was then left with completely uneven eyebrows and i wasn’t given a mirror or any time to correct as my beautician had already walked to pay counter. i would have complained if i wasn’t on the verge of crying.

The lady completing my service was very lovely. However, for a full arm wax only used two strips for the whole service. I’m not sure if they were running low on strips? I asked her to please use a clean wax strip as she was using one with built up wax on it and double waxing, and I’m prone to skin lifts. Every other time I’ve come they use one wax strip per pull. Just an unusual experience. But after that she only used one other strip and continued waxing just with that one…Although she was very nice, I won’t be back.

I felt I in valued as a customer - hardly spoken to The job was not done properly even after asking for the beautician to check My lip was made to bleed due to rough use of tweezers - I’ve never had that happen to me ever I will not be returning for any more treatments

Most painful Brazilian I have ever got. Very rough. Didn’t pull back the skin or press after to ease pain. Wasn’t able to myself as had to hold the g-string you have to wear. Felt very rushed and missed a few areas. Still very red and stings 24 hours later. Will not be going back.

I took my daughter there for an underarm wax, eyebrow wax and tint. the underarm wax was fine, average. No pleasantries from the beautician or even a smile. When it was time for the eyebrow wax, I specifically explained to the beautician, it was only my daughter's second time and she wanted to look nice as she had a year 11 dinner dance that coming Friday. Just a bit of shaping and nothing too dark. The beautician acknowledged this and then started to tint her eyebrows first. I could see she made the tint shape really thick and blocky but i said nothing and thought I would wait until the end of the whole job first. After it was all done, the eyebrows were the same. They were very thick and blocky with pointy ends and my daughter's eyebrows looked like Frida Kahlo. My daughter has lighter brown hair and very fair complexion - she immediately cried upon seeing her eyebrows. The beautician looked unsympathetic and when we asked if she could fix the tint so it was lighter and less in contrast with the rest of her face because it looked quite ridiculous, she refused because she said it would ruin the shape! What shape? They were blocks - she had not even attempted to shape them or if she did, she was not good at it and should not have been allowed to do this job on anyone, especially young teenage girls. She did not attempt to even look sorry or be empathetic - we left feeling very discouraged. I went home and googled how to remove tint and attempted to remove the tint from my daughter's eyebrows. She cried for like an hour after the appointment. I still had to pay for this service even though really it was a disservice. I will not be going back there for anything. I gave them a go because our usual person at Essential Beauty galleria was so good but this experience ruined it for us.
