The service quality was fantastic and the staff are so friendly and thorough, however it took 1hr and a half to wash, trim my hair and cut a fringe in which I think was too long of an appointment for me as I needed to get back to my babysitter. The cost I think was a little steep also. I was told the wash was complimentary but still cost $62 for a trim and a fringe to be cut. I understand the blow dry is a requirement if you wash hair but that was complimentary and not what I had booked. I am very happy with my service but just too expensive for a trim. $45 is what I would imagine for 1cm off my x-long hair and a fringe?
