Have been very rushed and rough the past few visits i really shouldn’t have to ask almost every stylist to not rip at my hair. I also don’t think I was rven given the stylist I booked with.

I didn’t get what I asked for I payed over 300$ and I couldn’t come back as iv got small kids and I don’t want to spend another 4 hrs in the chair!! iv got foils that aren’t the same on both sides of my head and they are thick and they don’t blend with my hair some just cut off half way down my hair! I’ll never be back as I didn’t get great hair like on your Instagram!!

Left with my hair wet as my choice. When I got home to dry my hair I found my forehead and ears and neck covered in brown hair dye which is proving difficult to remove. My usual hairdresser applies a gel to stop the due staining or at least a rubs it off before I leave. I am Not happy with my hair cut, it took 5 or 10 minutes to be done, my hair is now still so thick when I asked for it be thinned ALOT because it’s so heavy and hot. It’s all one length and thick and feels horrible. If I didn’t have a newborn baby I would come back to have it fixed but it’s too hard to find the time. I can’t believe the price I had to pay, adding it up it must have cost me nearly $200

The music was loud with songs that contained profanity, i found this unnecessary & unprofessional! Great that i could just walk in & get my hair done, no appointment made, which was so convenient, went out of their way to accomodate me.
