The staff are always very nice and friendly. There is usually issues with the facilities. I must go on the wrong days but the steam room is out of order more times then it works. The pool heating isn't always working.

Cleanliness of locker room needs attention. Dirty lockers , dirty floor and items thrown on top of lovers that been there for months. Cleanliness of showers … seriously need a regular clean. Hair in drains for months, broken shower heads, do t think it’s ever been sanitised/cleaned with disenfectant on regular (daily) basis. Facility cleaning standard/regularity would be 1 star (not 5 star facility standard) have often seen razors/used Band-Aid’s left in showers for days at a time. Toilet area… unserviceable toilets for weeks. Smells and lacks cleaning. Again, have seen human remains on rims of toilets for days at a time… demonstrates lack of attention given to basic cleaning of facility. Nice facility, however cleanliness is the major issue.

The facilities are filthy. There is no shower gel in the men’s showers. The steam room has slimy black mould under the seats. There are tiles lifting in the steam room. The shower head is broken in one shower. There is grit in the hot and cold baths. The change room is dirty. The water dispenser is filthy and running over. Hardly any lockers work. Many have shelves missing. Towel Hooks are broken. Rust marks on the floor from the metal lounges rusting. The sauna is dirty and grime under the seats.

The swimming pool and sauna facilities are great. The massage that I had today was wonderful.

Aquarius is my go to Day spa. The atmosphere and facilities are second to none. And fantastic for a spa day with snacks and a cheeky beverage 🩷

The environment is exactly how it looks in the photos on the website. Although the men's sauna is too dark and sometimes, a few of the men there would stare at you. Most of them were overweight and naked. Made me feel uncomfortable as they were the serious type who didn't want to talk. Some of the younger guys were more talkative and friendly. The hot plunge pool is not very warm, my guess would be around 30C at max, and the cold pool is just at room temperature. The Common steam room smelt like a dirty laundry basket. The gym was great, and the common swimming pool is excellent. Locker rooms and showers are good and the toilets were clean. The front desk lady was very friendly.
