Great atmosphere, wonderful and welcoming staff, very clean and over all amazing. My hydrating facial was very refreshing and relaxing, and I can’t wait to go again.

Great day spa and have visited multiple times now for a relaxation session. Great value and the offer of using all the facilities for an entire day is a great bonus we have enjoyed. Staff and massage services are fantastic. For some feedback though: facilities are getting a bit worn and dated, well due for a good refresh/Reno. Nothing major, just a few broken facilities that show a bit of maintenance oversight (Worn walls/cabinetry mainly in change rooms, Every Auto hand soap dispenser I tried didn't work, bathers dryer was out of order apparently for a while but had no signage or attention, shower curtains in men's held up by cable ties and look out of place and don't seem to match the theme of the whole place) only minor gripes, but just the little things that take away from the luxurious feel that it's going for.

Pool was closed Treatment was shorter than it was suppose to be. Renovations is women’s changing room with men painting which was very awkward and uncomfortable. Had I been made aware that the pool was closed and men would be in the female changing rooms I would have rescheduled my booking

I have travelled extensively and have used various similar facilities in numerous countries. It is the first time that I have ever had to wear swimmers in the men's only section. It was uncomfortable especially in the sauna & steam room where you tend to sweat a lot due to the heat in these two areas. Would be good to review this rule!

The experience is much improved from when I originally came some years ago. It appears to be so much better managed. The pool is a comfortable temperature, the staff seem happy, a permanent locker is available, there is a sense of calm and order . I can not rank the item on professional advice as I haven't sought any.

The staff (especially Belinda and Faraad) are very friendly and helpful. It is a pity that management do not listen to the staff or patrons. I would suggest that a greater effort with cleaning should occur - black mould and chewing gum in the showers, bandaids left in the shower, white stuff in the cold plunge pool, excess hair left in the plunge pool filters. The shower curtains in the mens section do not match the decor and make it look cheap. There are only two decent shower heads in the men’s bathhouse. The covering of the sauna window has made it very dark and unsafe when the lights are turned off. The sauna heat also needs turning down. The blue light bulb over the cold plunge pool needs replacing. A decent water cooler in the mens area is needed. Maintenance is not that hard!!!
