As I left my appointment I told my beautician that I’m very grateful to walk in and see her face and trust that I’m going to get a quality service that I’m happy with. It can be very nerve wracking having treatments, but as soon as I saw my therapist I knew I was in safe hands.

The radiance facial was definitely more indulgent than the signature facial. Odd because the signature has a higher price than the signature and I felt it was nicer. It is a bit different depending on the therapist you get. If I had paid the full amount knowing what you get with the radiance treatment, id be dissapointed. I would still definitely return to Ella bache Carindale though!

The staff are always professional and provide a great service. They listen to me and don’t try to tell me what I want! Highly recommend.

While the therapist was great, I was disappointed that a sheet mask was used during a 60min facial & no exfoliation done on my décolletage

The staff member who provided our service (my daughter and I both came along) was very lovely, polite and helped us feel comfortable but the technique that this person used for waxing (notably brows) was not comfortable for me. The waxing itself was fine but when she used the tweezing involved running the blade of the tweezers against the hair growth which felt very abrasive and uncomfortable and I actually felt quite panicked during this process. The end result was fine but not of the same standard I have come to expect from Ella Bache.
