I waited in the front of the store for longer than five minutes before anyone said hello despite there was an employee a few feet away showing someone some products. Doesn’t take much to say “hello, I’m with another customer but won’t be long” . Then the girl who performed my treatment had bad body odour, bad breath, didn’t put her gloves on properly so couldn’t handle the wax properly, and only waxed two sections of my brows (when normally at least six sections are waxed) and she then hacked a section of one of my eyebrows with tweezers! Not happy!
