I really enjoyed my facial and massage although it was 5 minutes less than the 1.5hours stated (I was 2 minutes late though). Miriam was really kind and gentle and made me feel really comfortable. The facial could be improved by putting a headband on so the hair doesn't get quite so messed up/wet. Also it would would great if each stage of the facial was wiped off really thoroughly.

Lovely pedicure ‘experience’, very relaxing. BUT the end result was disappointing..I could have done a better job painting my nails myself. Nail polish edges were wobbly and uneven.

Not sure I would go back for waxing, even under bright light lots missed spots on legs. Facial good apart from the 10 minute sales pitch prior to starting trying to sell a more expensive facial.

I’d provide a higher rating if the staff didn’t constantly want to try and upgrade treatments. Also as a repeat customer the skin analysis is useless. It’s only used as a marketing tool. I’d prefer just to come in, have my treatment, enjoy it, and not be pressured into buying anything. You might attract more customers by doing so!

I booked a spray tanning service for the first time with Ella Bache. I asked for a dark colour and explained my skin type and my experience with other spray tans in the past where I want to go darker but I’m always a little disappointed that it’s not as dark as I wished. The lovely employer who was looking after me during my services explained to me she will be using a dark tan which will also develop over a couple of days which I also have been told at other tanning places. However, I am a little disappointed with the result of my tan. I barely look tan at all after being told they used the dark solution on me and I have quite fair, pale skin so this was a little disappointing. My family and friends didn’t even realise I had a tan at all. Overall the service was very professional and thorough just wished I received the colour of tan I was told I was going to get or hoped for.

lady accidentally used the wrong spray tanning colour on me after i asked for a medium she used the dark colour. I accepted we all make mistakes but i was not happy with my results and now the final product is way too dark for my skin tone and hair colour. Workers should always double check what they are using before spray tanning by a client rather than once its all completed. this mistake could have easily been avoided. :(
