My visit to Elle Bache Carindale was excellent in every way from the moment I entered when my wonderful beautician Tammy welcomed me to come in until the final part when she surprised me with a complementary eyebrow makeover. Finished a very busy/stressful shift as a midwife, and being able to come after work and have a massage was so therapeutic and the team, particularly the therapist (I can't remember her name but she was so good!) was so lovely and professional. One of the best massages I've had:) (even caught myself falling asleep and having a lil snore lol)

Love coming to this salon. All the staff show the highest level of customer service. They are well trained and very professional in their services and product knowledge and sales. The location is great too as it is near to one of the main entrances to the centre with easy access to the car park. Always 5 star service. Great to see a beauty salon so well run.
