Always happy with the cut and treatment but this time, no head massage during the wash and I spent more time sitting waiting around than I did being attended to. Seriously, well over two hours for a treatment, cut and blow dry. I was there 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and wasn’t seen until 25 minutes after my appointment time. Then paid $240 for the ‘service’. Will reconsider if this happens again,

It was my first time at the salon. I was referred to the salon by my partner who had visited there on a few occasions in the past. The overall experience was positive with a great energy throughout the salon. My appointment was delayed however I appreciate this can be unforeseen and it was quickly rectified by a complimentary conditioning treatment. My actual hairdresser was lovely and styled my hair just as I had hoped. I will be going there again.

Although the staff went above and beyond to provide a high quality hairdressing experience, I was anticipating that the haircut would be complete in approximately 45min, as advised, not 1 hour and 20 min. Unfortunately this meant that I was running late to subsequent appointments which I had already notified the hairdresser prior to commencing. Perhaps a greater level of communication could be provided to advise clients of realistic time frames.

The lead up to Christmas made Salon Vogue appear frenetic and chaotic - this is Salon Vogue's normal! Somehow in amongst the overly loud music, hum of hairdryers, and loud chatter customers are cared for and made to look wonderful. The biggest area of improvement would be reducing the time an appointment takes - A standard ladies cut & blow dry, without treatment, taking more than 1 hour, often over 2hrs, doesn't feel like good value. Customers are always welcomed with a smile and Salon Vogue always has a positive vibe.
