Made my BIRTHDAY sad and regret my own decision to go to VOGUE I Trusted them, their environment, their professional advice, their hospitality, pricing and overall treatment . But I ENDED UP IN TEARS on my own BIRTHDAY. Asked to do hair colour and hair cut Quote $300 for Hair colour Hair strengthening mask Hair colour lock in treatment Hair cut Advised I only want hair colour I still was charged $220 ❌for only HAIR COLOUR ( do not include my birthday voucher) 1. I don’t know how is this pricing is RIGHT ❌ 2. professional advise was colour my hair red with dark base But ended up leaving with dark black colour with 1% red colour tint in my hair❌ 3. Not asked for even water where others have been offered water tea/coffee with biscuits (not that I wanted)so service was not good ❌ 4. Made me feel that I am some Indian who never visited Aussie salon so that’s why treated me like this. 5. HAIR COLOR RECIEW: when I am even slightest itching my hair my finger nails are turning black how does that work; is that what I paid $172 (after birthday voucher ???❌ In end: this review is going Public NOW

Not the experience I thought I would have. Booked in for half head foils toner and blowwave. Was quoted close to $350 and cos I paid deposit I felt I had to say yes. Was hardly spoken too and when I was it was all complaints. Was there way to long 4 hours and didn't have the blowwave but think I still was charged for one. Foils where so fine and patches of natural right at front. I can still see my gray hairs.The foils bleed and he tint toned my roots to blend. The tone he used was beautiful though. Bit disappointed considering the price

I visited the salon on 22 Sep for layered cutting and styling. I am not happy with the results even 1 percent. My hair look way better when I style then on my own at home. I could not say that I got my hair done from the salon. My waves/curls that were done opened within an hour and I had some straight hair strands in the curls. I had visited this salon before few years back and I had liked the cut and finishing on my hair that time but this time I am extremely disappointed. I have layers in my hair many times before as well but my hair has never looked so thin before as they are looking now. Not worth it at all.

I feel bad about giving this bad review but I came out of the experience hating my hair. I asked for a little bit of framing for my fringe, it was cut straight across, like a bob, at different lengths. When I said they’re different lengths, he was a bit surprised and did not even them up, I felt too awkward to ask for him to blend my fringe in with my hair cause of his whole attitude. He was also very rough drying my hair and curling it. I felt very uncomfortable.

I have been visiting Salon Vogue for almost six months now. I never have been unhappy with the service, staff or pricing... until today. I really hated the idea when they wanted me to pay advance this time for confirmation of an appointment. Having done that, I reached early for my appointment but was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as I had to wait for more than half an hour (after my appointment time) for the required services, as I was in with my son for a haircut for each of us. The staff only apologized when I approached her asking for what's holding them? This was almost after 25 minutes of waiting... after my appointment time. Then, there was a wait of about 6-7 more minutes, till the hairdresser actually started with the service. Yes, the staff was cleaning the area around the chair to be used.... but happily chatting with other clients, but not letting me know about the why the wait and for how much longer...???!!! I understand that there are clients, who extend their requirements or want extra services last minute. But tell us at least!!!! But I could see my hairdressers busy with other clients, but none of them approached me to apologize for the wait. THIS IS PATHETIC. I only had my kid have his hair-cut as we had paid the advance. I now think that we were neglected as the services we required were very basic, not giving the Salon much business, as compared to other clients who were ordering expensive services. If that's not the reason, I can't think of any other reason as to why we were neglected. Pathetic. Was not expecting this treatment from Salon Vogue. It's as if my time is not important. Won't be returning for sure... because I know ... they at Salon Vogue don't care if they lose one customer.

It was my second visit and had the worst experience ever. I had my first cut from Alan which was so good and thats why I came back but unfortunately he wasn't available and someone else cut my hair which was the worst cut I ever got in my life. Never coming back.
