When I was having my hair washed a male hairdresser was upstairs yelling at another hairdresser telling them off for being upstairs for 15 minutes when they needed help with a client , another hairdresser had to tell him to be quiet as we could hear from downstairs

Nelly did such a wonderful job on my hair. She really took the time to talk to me and find out what I wanted for my hair. 5 different people also asked if I wanted a coffee which was so sweet and made me feel really taken care of. The salon was bustling as it was full of clients! But it was still very cosy. The only downside I would say was the hairdresser leaving pretty frequently to take care of other stuff and they charged me extra for a "restyle" which I thought was strange as I only had short hair. But overall a very good service.

BUT, constantly overbooked and you wait forever on basic services. Not good. If I make an appointment at a certain time, I don’t expect to be waiting for 30 minutes before I see my technician and that’s what let’s the team/organisation down.

My haircut with Alan was perfect, my partners haircut with a new girl was not fine. He asked for scissors to be used on the back and sides, she used the trimmer, and it is much shorter then He wanted. While it looks good, it is not what he asked for or wanted. Next appointment He will book with a different stylist. Want to make sure that you understand the cut itself is not bad, it does look good, just not what he asked for or wanted.
