Unfortunately I had a very awful service yesterday. Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I wanted a couple of inches off to make my lob a bob again. I wanted it shoulder length. I don’t know how this even happened but it turned out chin length. It’s awful. Yes, it is too short but it is also just a really poor cut. Not even and choppy. I also asked for curtain bangs. I showed her a picture. They have been absolutely butchered. I will need to wear by hair tired up for months with bobby pins until it grows out. I was feel a bit down about myself before walking in and thought a fresh haircut would help. Very wrong. Appreciate the management teams support but I just don’t know how this could have gone so wrong? Was she new? Still an apprentice or just didn’t care. Anyway pic of the final product from when I woke up this morning so everyone can have a good laugh.

I have been to this salon a few times before for colour but it said I was a new client because I booked online. Staff are all really lovely but this salon is not great with curly hair. I went in for a blow dry and one stylist in particular really struggled to brush my hair out - started from the top of my head and just dragged the brush down. She then got another stylist to help her and she did a great job but didn’t really coach the other on how to brush it properly. I was at the basin for so long my head went numb - keep in mind I also had the hair mask in that she sold me on that would help detangle my hair but didn’t do much at all. The blow dry left my hair frizzy and didn’t even last half the day, I was disappointed because I had a dinner that night and had to restyle it at home.

12 Oct. It took 1.5 hours to do a blunt chop, the first 45 mins I sat in a chair and kept being told someone would be there in 10. It’s fine to be running late, it’s not fine to keep people hostage. Phone clients ahead and say you are running x hrs behind. I rand behind the rest of the day because of this. Also, my cut was missing a few strands. Very frustrating all round.

It was my second visit and had the worst experience ever. I had my first cut from Alan which was so good and thats why I came back but unfortunately he wasn't available and someone else cut my hair which was the worst cut I ever got in my life. Never coming back.
