I went with my daughter today for a braid and bun for a competition, when she left she was in tears. The braid was not a braid I can do a better job and believe me I am not good . It was messy I had to fix the mess . She was not happy and me either I paid 95 for this

I visited the salon on 22 Sep for layered cutting and styling. I am not happy with the results even 1 percent. My hair look way better when I style then on my own at home. I could not say that I got my hair done from the salon. My waves/curls that were done opened within an hour and I had some straight hair strands in the curls. I had visited this salon before few years back and I had liked the cut and finishing on my hair that time but this time I am extremely disappointed. I have layers in my hair many times before as well but my hair has never looked so thin before as they are looking now. Not worth it at all.

Was there for 5 hours and 45 minutes for this persian lady doing my hair, she was doing a touch up on my roots. which she did not do, have about 10cm of my hair undyed from my roots and i paid $485. The whole time she was really rough with my hair, brushing it from the root instead of the ends and notting my hair even more. When washing my hair she was very rough pulling and squeezing my hair aggressively i almost had to tell her to stop. It was a horrible service, my hair is cut crooked and she did not listen to what i had wanted. Waste of my money. Never coming back there and making sure no one i know goes there as well. My hair is now splotchy and uneven.

$65 for a blow wave and style. The girl talked about my hair quality and said we should do a scrub and treatment, at this stage she said NOTHING about pricing, so I agreed and thought it was complimentary as I rarely get my hair done. The wash basin experience was only 10 minutes, so it didn’t feel like an additional service. During my blow wave, the girl swapped out with someone for a bit. Then came back and told me about a bad experience she had with a customer… which I was already aware of as I was sitting next to the customer when it happened. Super unprofessional When I went up to pay, the receptionist AND girl were at the register, it felt uncomfortable… then they tell me I owe $65 when I already paid $50 of the $65 how wave cost. The girl tried to say she told me about the costs, which wasn’t true as I would have opted out!! I was already shaking my head that I spent $65 for a simple blow wave and style. The receptionist then tried use an analogy saying “if you buy bread, you want ham, you have to pay” like what!!?? YES IF I WANT HAM, I WOULD WANT TO KNOW THE PRICE FIRST, which the girl failed to tell me!! Then the receptionist said “well can’t you pay $20 at least for the treatment”, I don’t know why I agreed to… $85 for what?! Next time be open and honest about your services instead of being a dodgy salesperson!! Never again. Won’t recommend

I thought tease foils for bleaching already bleached hair was a bad idea. But they're the professionals. But no. My hair became unbelievablable matted. Which in the beginning they tried to brush out of wet and freshly bleached hair without any products, not even conditioner. I had two to three people brushing out my hair at the same time and it still look them 2+ hours to get the knots out. Needless to say I have never lost so much hair before, by a very large margin. I couldn't say anything in store because I was there for seven and a half hours and just shut down, otherwise I would've broke down sobbing in the store throughout the whole process. When I came home I found broken bits of hair knotted around other strands which I had to cut off. I spent $600 for my hair to be ruined.

I feel bad about giving this bad review but I came out of the experience hating my hair. I asked for a little bit of framing for my fringe, it was cut straight across, like a bob, at different lengths. When I said they’re different lengths, he was a bit surprised and did not even them up, I felt too awkward to ask for him to blend my fringe in with my hair cause of his whole attitude. He was also very rough drying my hair and curling it. I felt very uncomfortable.
