I had an amazing experience with all staff and great chat was definitely made to feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. The overall haircut whilst styled in salon it looked perfect, part of my issue with finding a good stylist is being heard and understood when mentioning wanting to be able to style myself and having any layers blended so I don’t end up with a blunt or chunky ponytail. When I straighten my hair I have noticed uneven lengths from one side to the other, the curtain bangs don’t flow and it’s thick at the ends when tying up in a high pony
