The price was quite steep and my haircut is uneven, did not get quoted the same price in store as I did online. Though I knew it would be higher it was quite steep for what I ended up with. Not at all similar to what I asked for. Though the colour is still nice and I’m happy with the colour, the cut is not even and one side is significantly shorter The lady who did my hair was very nice to me though, and I found all the staff to be very pleasant! I just think the overall result could have been much better for the money I paid to get it done

when being offered styling products to buy I would like to know the cost of each upfront and not have to ask each time as this can be awkward

Quite expensive but it was a very good cut and colour.

Taylah was lovely, but very rough during the shampoo, condition and treatment, and burnt my scalp a bit during the blow-dry. But I didn't have the heart to say it after the appointment as her communication skills and friendly demeanour made up for it!!

I followed my stylist to this hair salon - Theo is amazing and I would follow him anywhere and I often tells friends and family about him.

I was disappointed with the blow dry/style. It had dropped out entirely within 30 mins of leaving the salon and 7 hours to go before the function. I ended up going to another salon to get it redone. All in all a very expensive and disappointing experience. I would not return even though the c staff and salon were pleasant.
