Chloe is knowledgable and offers insightful opinions on what ‘look’ can be realistically achieved. Her product knowledge and communication skills are helpful. Chloe is polite with excellent customer service skills and this allows me to feel relaxed in her presence. Chloe demonstrated a superior ability to listen, understand and interpret the meaning behind what I was expressing, without fixating on my lack of hairdressing terminology and language (which is how other hair salons have failed). Therefore I trusted her to give me a quality cut. This trust was demonstrated worthy today when I walked away with soft voluminous and perfectly styled hair. What’s more I finally feel like I have walked away with the ‘look’ I truly wanted. Thank you kindly Chloe.

Sheridan is definitely an outstanding employee. Lovely girl personally but also truly professional. She stayed significantly past finishing time in order to finish my hair to a lovely standard and one that she was comfortable with on me leaving the salon. This is despite me advising that I was going straight home instead of to a dinner etc (Friday night) and so was happy for her to do something quick so that she could enjoy a longer evening instead of leaving significantly later than her colleagues. She insisted on staying and doing a complete and excellent job and that she was very happy to do so. Your staff are all friendly and welcoming, however I feel that in this instance, I am delighted to add this additional comment in order to reflect my very pleasant experience. 😊😊😊😊😊
