Staff are aware, attentive, friendly and knowledgable. On my visits to the salon I am geeted, as soon as I arrive, and taken to my seat, I am listened to (and heard, importantly) - with the result that my colour and cut work out really well. Everyone is friendly without being OTT - and I love the way whoever has served me last opens the door for me to leave (even happened when I just went in to make an appointment) - a nice touch!

I have been a client of Rixon Hair for as long as I can remember. Both my boys have also since become clients and look forward to their experience at Rixon Hair. In fact, in their minds, no-one cuts hair as well as Brad and they will not go anywhere else! Also, the staff are always friendly and welcoming which makes for a very positive experience every time.

The junior who wshed my hair was quite rough. When my hair was wrapped in the towel at the end of the wash it was wrapped so tight it nearly gave me a headache.

Tremendously talented stylists and colourists. Warm, knowledgeable and ahead of the entire Brisbane pack when it comes to service, professionalism and delivering great results every single visit. Bang on trend and just a damn fine group of people. Couldn't recommend more highly.
