I found the use of a tap frequently during treatment distracting as well as being able to hear staff chatting the the hallway. Technique and skill Could have been better although my therapist was lovely.

I have been a customer for quite some time and have recieved great customer service every time though sadly the quality of service has fluctuated. I am very upset after todays visit after getting home and having a good look at the treatment recieved. Whilst I was there the service was amazing, great customer service, a warm and caring treatment however my eyebrows are uneven, one is thicker than the other, there is a lot of excess left over hairs that shouldn't be there on the outside, on the inside of my one of my eyebrows too much of the thickness taken and the natural shape gone. My eyebrows look thin, flat and noticable different to one another. It makes me extremely sad to have to provide this feedback because the lady that looked after me was super kind, but I am really unhappy with the way my eyebrows have turned out.

I had a 30 min back massage at $75. I was unable to have full package (not PI fault). Wouldn't recommend this. It consisted of rubbing cream into soft tissue. Much better value elsewhere. No check in regarding strength of massage after commencement. Environment very stark. Spa prices with supermarket ambience.

I was disappointed today, not my first visit to this salon. The lady who performed the eyelash tint was not very friendly. The tint really stung and irritated my eyes, which never happens. At previous visits the lights have been turned down, a tissue placed over my eyes for relaxation and a hand massage while waiting for the tint to dry. None of those procedures were performed today from this particular beauty therapist. Not sure if I would return to this salon again after today’s experience.

I had a spa pedicure. No explanation of what was to come or even asked if I had one before. An explanation of what was going to happen at the beginning would be helpful so you feel more comfortable when you have something covering your eyes and she is trying to get you to do things with your feet. A towel to help support the lower back would have been nice to help support whilst she held my foot up in the air whilst lying on the bed even for when feet are place down in water whilst lying on the bed. Just a strange angle. I thought a foot massage was lacking in this experience even just a couple of minutes would have been nice. In the end I just don't know if my lady just didn't want to be there as she was sick or just didn't have any personality . Front counter ladies have always been very helpful in selecting products.
