The young lady who took care of me seemed very pleasant. To be honest I found the experience frustrating. On a number of occasions she literally didn't do anything. For example when she asked if I would like a head massage while I had a mask on I said yes absolutely, she literally sat at the head of the bed with her hands on my head and did nothing. I actually thought she had fallen asleep. It was all very strange. To be honest I was lucky enough to come today using a gift voucher. If I had been paying myself I would have been very disappointed.

My therapist was lovely, but put WAY to much pressure on my face during the massage, it's never nice to have that much pressure on your eyelids, I'd been to the hairdresser earlier that day and I came out with all oil in my hair and I still had some muddy mask left on the side of my nose... I don't want to complain, but I don't really think that I should ever have to walk out with oily hair..kind of ruins the experience, was far from the best I've had.. Wouldn't go back and see that therapist again.

I really dislike the amount of upsell from that therapist. I really don't want to hear about all your promotions and deals while getting my waxing done. If the promotion is related to the service I am receiving then maybe its ok. But seriously, my last visit was constant upsell. It was overkill. I had said I was interested and didn't need any more products and that I really didn't have the money, but it continued. I was almost at the point of saying 'enough with the upsell, I don't want to hear another thing". It also left me consider if I would return to Pure Indulgence for my waxing or demeralogica purchases in the future. I already received text messages about discounts. I would hate to think that this occurs when someone comes in for a relaxing massage or something.

It has always been lovely to get a facial at Pure Indulgence. However my experience this time just didn't have the care or finishing touches it has had in the past. I was left with a lot of oil on my back (normally this gets wiped off before the end of treatment) My hair was a birdsnest, I've had a head massage before but have never had my hair left in such a mess with knots. It was a nightmare to brush it out and try to get looking half decent to walk back out in public in the shopping centre. Lastly, I couldn't see clearly when I walked out as I had a lot or cream/product in my eyes. I don't normally give negative feedback but I have always had a wonderful experience at Pure Indulgence salons over the past years I've been going, it would be a shame to see the standard drop.
