I was very disappointed in my service today. The facial was very heavy handed and uncomfortable. Definitely will not be going back.

I was very disappointed this time as my daughter saved hard for a gift voucher for me for Xmas and I had a deluxe pedicure and I was not happy with the polish as it lifted the next day. I also specifically asked to have my heels smoothed and they were did not look or feel like I had been to the beauticians.

The position I was in for a pedicure was very uncomfortable - laying flat on my back with my knees bent and my feet in a bucket of water. My feet were not soaked for long enough prior to the procedure for the process to be effective. Also the lights were very bright and it was relaxing at all. It was a different room to the ones I am usually in for any treatment at Pure Indulgence and there is usually dim lights, lovely music and beautiful aromas??? I ended up with a sore back due to the uncomfortable position.

I was very disappointed with the service that I received today. I understand that I was running a little late for my appointment due to the wet weather and the amount of traffic on the road and the line up of traffic entering the Sunshine Plaza car park but did not expect to arrive at the counter and be told that I could not have my requested treatment done as there was no time to allow for it. I was asked to book at a later time with a different staff member which I was unable to do. After expressing my disappointment I was put in to have my eyebrow wax and tint with one staff member then had to change rooms and have a different member tint my eyelashes. I did not find the experience relaxing at all, I found it rushed. I did not receive the usual head massage and came out with a very sore and red eye which has never happened to me before. Previously I have been the one sitting in the waiting room as they have been running behind but the one time I was late for good reason I was not treated in a way I would expect. I don't feel I should have been charged the full price considering I did not get the experience that I would usually receive. I feel there should be enough time between appointments to allow for times when either the client or staff member if running a little behind time.

I got my legs waxed and the girl who didn’t them missed so many patches of hair, really disappointed with the service as the hair is very visible
