The girl who did my eyebrows waxed them way too thin after I said I wanted to keep them as thick as possible. I was also asked what colour eyebrows I wanted.. I have never been asked this in my 10 years of getting my eyebrows waxed. Will not be returning

I am a full time mum and was looking forward to get the 80min massage and take the time away from 2 toddlers. When I filled out the sheet I said "firm". My massage was the softest I have ever got. I felt like someone was just rubbing oil on my skin then wiping it off. I was getting agitated during the massage but I have already told the girl at the beginning of the massage that i would like it the firmest she can do. I am not sure why would a manager assign someone who doesn't have any idea on how to do a massage for a customer who paid for the biggest massage package possible. I was so disappointed that i told her to not do my second leg and do my head for the last 10 mins. Even the head massage was frustrating, felt like someone was rubbing my hair on my scalp and was just bothering me to the max that i told her to just stop. I asked her if she's certified she said no! now I don't understand why I would wanna pay so much money for a massage that I got no results from plus it's overcharged for such a service. I had tears in my eyes leaving, I was feeling worse than when I first got there. It was the biggest waste of money and TIME! SO DISAPPOINTING! Not to mention that I was cold and had to my arms under the towel, the room was so small that the light was in my eyes where she gave me an eye heated pack to cover my eyes which felt so heavy! This service must've been a joke! How can a place which supposed to offer high service standards give the service I got. It was a big mistake to support local business and not get an Asian massage.

georgie was so rough with the facial especially around the neck area, a facial should be a relaxing soft smooth experience. I also didnt want the skin analysis machine at the beginning I just wanted a facial and I didnt appreciate the hard sell of products. will not be going back. also it said it included a steam which it didnt
