The actual treatment was good, however, I found the therapist to be unfriendly.

I was not happy with the eye tint given. Left bottom eye lashes patchy. Voiced the concern to therapist and she stated my eye lashes are just thin. Voiced again concern to other staff when paying but she agreed with other staff. I have been tinting my eye lashes for years and never been patchy. Disappointed. I wanted them to correct this but was time limited and not offered.

I had an appointment with a particular person but instead I had someone else who did not make a good job of shaping my brows - she over-plucked them and the part of the brow that was sticking up which I asked her to shape when I first went in, she did not address. Going forward I shall be very specific that I do not want that person again and if I have made an appointment with a named person which she cannot keep then I need to be informed 0beforehand.

Lady was 5 minutes late to appointment- Face photo machine was used ( soaking up more time) however machine was not working Took another 5 mins to come in after showing me where to remove my cloths During every other facial that I have had, whilst the face mask is on either a foot or hand massage is given This is an absolute luxury for me to receive something lovely- I must say that the therapist was extremely good when she was applying herself, however I felt ripped off

Hi, Unfortunately I was not happy with my service today. Despite the therapists best efforts I didn’t like my eyebrows. I did try to convey my preference but it wasn’t heard and the shape result was not what I wanted. Given the price of a brow sculpt and tint i would expect that the result would be better. I know the therapist tried but waxed mostly the top of my eyebrow and plucked a lot from the bottom. If wanted to pluck my eyebrows I would have saved my money and done this at home. The therapist was nice but capability and ability to hear the clients needs improvement. Can I please request the name of the therapist as I do not wish to use the service in the future. I have been coming to pure indulgence for some time so know what to expect and the high standards.
