I have to say the massage was lovely but the facial was the roughest facial I have had. It felt quite rushed. At the end the girl didn’t even warn me but sat the bed upright. You need to be mindful,of telling people this as you can damage or cause back injury especially if someone is susceptible to back injury. Does not lend to a relaxed feeling.

I had a very nice treatment and the beautician was lovely. I just thought it was a bit expensive for what I received. The beautician did all that was required for the essential pedicure - I just think you could improve it by also cleaning nails.

I didn't like the up-sell at the end of the treatment. I also would have liked the technician to tell me what she was doing during the process - I had a 30 min massage with Hot Stones and the technician didn't know if the 10 min Hot Stones was on top of the 30 minutes; 40 min pedacure and had no idea what was happening; 50 min facial and again had no idea what she was doing. She then tried to up-sell the products at the end but I didn't know what she had used when, so it was all meaningless to me.

The treatment was beautiful and provided with expertise. The young beautician had a lovely manner both with myself and the customer before me as she helped her select products. In contrast, the lady at the service counter displayed a terse, brush manner to those she was serving. This detracted from the peaceful and nurturing atmosphere appropriate to spas.

Young girl who did my Brazilian was not confident at all. I can't remember her name but was young, new and very very shy. I'd recommend not letting her perform Brazilians on customers - kept going over the same area many times with hot wax which I'm surprised I'm not burnt from but also took a very long time as she didn't seem to know what she was doing. I was also asked why I get a Brazilian as she couldn't understand why anyone wants one as she has never had one - not very appropriate to say to a customer. I didn't say anything to her as she was already so unsure of herself due to lack of confidence that I didn't want to make it worse. The poor girl needs to be given a confidence booster or maybe this isn't the right industry for her to be working in.
