Changing hairdressers is always a slightly terrifying experience, but I felt in completely safe hands all the way, and really loved the results.

I LOVE the hair cuts I get from Miss Gertrude. I have complete faith in the hairdressers (go Ellie and Giovani!!) and always leave feeling fabulous. The hairdressers listen to what you want and deliver awesome cuts that continue to work well between visits.

First time I have had a cut appt without getting a wash. Still charged the full $90, but only got a dry cut. Great cut. Love Gav's work, but feel as though I shouldn't have paid for full appt if no wash included.
