Always a lovely experience. Queries are received and answered. Appreciate that there isn't any "up selling" and advice is relevant especially for an "ageing " client. As always my hair colour and cut receive positive comments right up to my next appointment. Can't ask for much more!

You guys are so great. The day I walked in and described how another hairdresser had killed my hair with bleach, you took care and consideration. I was explained all of my options and boundaries regarding the health of my hair. Kate is adorable and fantastic. Jens is such a beautiful soul and really knows how to make the best out of your situation. I love everyone there and feel very welcomed and in great hands whenever I go. The coffee is also amazing, it makes such a difference to get a proper coffee made when you're getting your hair done.
