The team at Heading out were incredibly accommodating. After a less than desirable experience with a blow wave the week prior, the guys made a time for me to visit them for a complimentary service which more than made up for it. I was very well looked after and am very happy with their assistance. Thanks team!

Aaron was my colourist and stylist. Aaron has been my colourist for a number of visits now. He is fantastic - I give him full decision-making and love it every time. I am a great believer in leaving it to the experts. He is great fun as well and certainly makes me feel welcome and want to return. I have lived in Melbourne now for 2.5 years and it took me a lot of trial and error to find a hairdresser and in particular one that did colour to the standard of my previous hairdresser. I have had a series of stylists due to the departure of some from Heading Out and availability. The stylists have not always been at the same high standard as required. This time I had Aaron and it was actually great to have him cut my hair as well this time and it was a great cut. As long as Aaron is there to do my colour and hopefully cuts I will keep coming back! Whoop whoop to Aaron!

Dear Aaron and Danny even though I think you guys are awesome . do not send me a survey on a Saturday night at 8.30 . . As I spent the haircut reading my Allen Carr's "How to stop drinking" . . Aaron knows .. I am now not in the mood to rank your service .. just jokin' . . as I've said before .. Aaron and Danny have a conversation each time which is all a customer needs. . "what's working. . .what's not working" . . and now I am looking cool 'cause of them :) what more could a 'heading out' customer want? Rosie
