Second appointment- Stella was amazing when it came to fixing my original job. She was very kind, understanding and gentle. I'm super happy with the colour outcome, and the fact she made sure there wasn't any pain or excalation of scalp damage. Thank you Stella and Minh for the wonderful service. Low rating for referring others- I would 100% recommend Stella and Minh, however, not the ones from my first appointment

First appointment went terrible, colour was horrible. I also have chemical burns to my scalp because the bleach was literally rubbed into my scalp. The hair dressers were quite rough when at the basin (I have swelling at the base of my head) and the hair pulling was so painful. I have never experienced this at any other salon!!! I chose this salon because of the reviews as well as their social media presence. I'm highly disappointed especially paying $700 basically for swelling and chemical burns.
