In a busy week it's the one time I can totally relax and enjoy being pampered. Excellent service provided by highly skilled hair stylists who radiate a joy at making you feel special and looking lovely! I really enjoy each time I go to the salon.

Colour is fantastic and I recommend all my friends and family to the salon for colour. However the salons require a lot more work and are not very glamorous to the high standards that Heading Out segment the organisation.

I was very impressed with the stylist that looked after me. Although I was only there for a wash and blow wave, he was very helpful in his service. I did present a voucher which entitled me to $25 discount. I was informed at time of paying that it was only applicable to services over $60 and mine was $52. This was not stipulated on the voucher and it did leave a sour taste in my mouth.
