I am very satisfied with my hair cut and the service received. Some quite determined up-selling going on which I was happy to go along with for the appointment I booked but not something I generally enjoy being subjected to. I am aware that staff probably have sales targets to meet and understand the pressures, however.

I had the pleasure of having my hair coloured by Trent and cut by Melanie. They were fabulous to talk too and did exactly what I asked of them. I will definitely go back there and will be recommending their services to friends and family. A big 10 out of 10 for Trent and Melanie at Heading Out Balwyn.

I have been going regularly to heading Out for a few years, I have always been really happy with the haircuts I have had....and I have a lot of difficult curly hair. Over the years I have recommended a few friends to Heading out and they are now tried and true customers as well. The hair stylists really listen and I trust them to make me look good. Whenever I walk out of the salon I feel a million dollars!
