The reasons why I scored 10 on each point is I was welcomed shortly after entering and told I would be attended to shortly thereafter (which I was), the advice and clarification I requested regarding a particular product was more than adequately explained, I was listened to when discussing a particular problem I am experiencing and left feeling good about myself.
