I received a voucher last Christmas and finally got to use it this month! Both the Classic Facial and the Stress Relief Back Massage with Scrub were heavenly. Staff are very friendly and professional. Have booked in for a Full Body Massage (can't wait!). I did not rate professional advice because I did not receive any advice.

I had Kathryn as my consultant and she was amazing, a young women who was engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made my experience after not such a good start with non-return phone call when I initially tried to book in and then the door buzzer not working when I arrived, I was nearly about to leave. All was forgotten very early in to my appointment, you have invested well in Katheryn as an employee, I will be back :-)
